We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for new patient consults and a 24-hour cancellation policy for all other appointments. Patients are charged in full for whatever service was scheduled if an appointment is missed or cancelled without the required notice.

For Embryo Transfers only: if your Embryo Transfer is cancelled you will not be charged.

Insurance

If your insurance covers acupuncture, we can provide you with a superbill which you send to your insurance company and they will reimburse you for whatever your coverage is. 

Our accounting department reviews outstanding balances monthly. This information is not generally shared with practitioners so if you have any questions about any outstanding balances, please talk to our administrative staff and not the practitioners. Our staff is very friendly and helpful.
